Food Pairings for Stag's Hollow Con-Fusion
Kiwi, lychee, cake spice, citrus peel prevail on the nose, but not in great Pro-Fusion. A bit surprisingly, there is not a lot of intensity on entry, but the wine tastes very clean and refreshing - something like spring water. A very nice, delicious sipper - like the inventor of the elixir probably intended. Would make a great house wine in a small, tucked-away hole-in-the-wall restaurant.
