Food Pairings for Stadt Krems Grüner Veltliner Qualitätswein Trocken Kremstal Wachtberg
So wonderfully drinkable, as my friend Allison would say. Smooth from beginning to end, excellent mineral notes, the barest amount of sweetness - like an almost ripe pear - somewhere in the middle. Would pair well with just about anything, but was excellent with the red meat we ordered it with. Plus, it has a glass cork - cool!!
