- So wonderfully drinkable, as my friend Allison would say. Smooth from beginning to end, excellent mineral notes, the barest amount of sweetness - like an almost ripe pear - somewhere in the middle. Would pair well with just about anything, but was excellent with the red meat we ordered it with. Plus, it has a glass cork - cool!!
