What to Expect
The classic Bordeaux blends rely on either Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon for the bulk of the wine with additions of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec helping to add complexity, color, body and structure to the finished wine.
Winemakers Notes
Refined, rich luscious style with aromas of nectarines, peach and ripe cantaloupe. On the palate the mouthwatering flavors of peaches and nectarines are completely filled out with a subtle mineral quality. This is a unique bottle of wine to be enjoyed now for it’s freshness and in the future as it develops in the bottle.

I was very wowed by this wine - it's so elegant that you could mistake it for a very high priced Burgundy. In fact, it's very fairly priced for such a lovely find. It starts out very floral reminding me of walks along the river where Magnolia and Locust grow. It continues on with hints of pineapple and even a bit of black licorice. As it trickles down your throat it sings of tropical fruit and well balanced acidity. Plain and simple - if you like rare white finds. Seek this out.

Enjoyed this rare white meritage, blending the crispness of a Sauvignon Blanc with the mellowness of a Semillon, achieving a Chardonnay like smoothness without the heavy syrup-like taste from some chardonnays. Deep golden color with the grasslike scent of the Sauvignon Blanc coming through.

At one time I would not have enjoyed this wine but my palate has definitely evolved. The nose had a lot of fruit - grapefruit, peach and apricot. Flavors had all of those with a smooth texture, with hints of lemon (a bit of lime?) and a refreshing tartness of it. This was served not quite as cool as I think it should have bee but it still showed very, very well. Was VERY surprised with this wine.
