St Supéry Napa Valley Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2012
Serious grapefruit hit on the nose. Very refreshing, though, not terribly tart on the palate and tongue. There is a grapefruit flavor, but it’s more like the pulp more than the juice. Good summer sipping wine, but I’m also looking forward to having this one with grilled Ahi Tuna, tonight.
Apricots melons and a mouth full of fruity deliciousness. Complemented by a mid level acidity that creates a smooth finish making you crave another sip.
Frizzy on the tongue. Gentle, accessible lemon. Full but svelte bodied. Herbal green notes with a perfumy finish.
