I don't have the highest opinion of Napa Valley SB's but this one was quite nice. Lemon-lime on the nose with a restrained amount of Sauvignon blanc pungency - enough to keep me entertained. On the palate this wine has pretty good bright fruit and just a touch of flab to let you know its from Napa. Pleasant enough finish.
Vibrant lime, grapefruit and toast. Nicely blended Bordeaux style white. - Tasted at winery 4/20/10
Crisp and clean flavors of grapefruit and lime that give way to lush pineapple on the finish. I like the fact that it's not oaked, making for a straightforward, refreshing wine perfect for the summer. Paired well with sushi.

Like a breath of summer in a glass. There is a wonderful aroma of white peach, apricot pear and slight floral finish. The wine is light and delicate yet full of intense flavors of sweet ripe pear and apricots. This is a perfect aperitif for an afternoon gathering.
This brisk slightly pungent intensely varietal Sauvignon Blanc is long on concentrated kiwi-like fruit and its lack of oak allows its very deep fruit to shine through from beginning to end. It is fleshy and beautifully balanced in a rich and always refreshing style and it is just the thing for washing down flavorful shellfish preparations. Try it with the likes of savory crab cakes or classic Oysters Rockefeller. 91pts Conniserurs Guide.
The 2006 Sauvignon Blanc is another hit in a long history of fabulous white wines from St. Supéry. There is plenty of elegant lime juice, honeysuckle and fresh pineapple in the aroma. On the palate flavors of ruby grapefruit, lime and straw fill out the mouth. This wine is refreshing, lively and persistent.
An intriguing soil character develops along with intense lime flavors as this wine's initial reduction blows off. It has warm accents of agave and corn silk. To pour with the cauliflower in a cast iron pot at Ubuntu in Napa." And, according to Wine Spectator: "Racy and pungent, with gooseberry, fresh herb and grass flavors and a searing acidity that keeps the lemon-lime flavors bright and fresh.
This wine explodes in the glass with classic flavors of Sauvignon Blanc. Kiwi, grapefruit, and gooseberries lead to an elegant tangerine-infused finish.
Wonderful aromas of ruby grapefruit, lime juice and honeysuckle join with a vibrant core of grapefruit, hints of pineapple, nectarine and lemon grass. The texture is inviting and supple with enough racy acid to keep it all focused.
"This barrel fermented St. Supery Napa Valley Chardonnay has subtle, inviting aromas of pear and melon with a delicate nuance of toasted oak. This wine is full in body with a creamy texture and expressive fruit qualities. "
