Wine Tasting NotesSemillon and Sauvignon Blanc and a tiny proportion of Riesling. Pale yellow with a subtle green hue. The nose is brimming full of tropical fruit aromas passionfruit, melon, pineapple with underlying lime and grassy aromas, as well as hints of lime citrus. Full flavoured and generous, the palate exhibits an array of fruit flavours that persist over the whole length of the palate, finishing with a twist of lime. The slightly phenolic backbone provides structure and mouth feel, which is balanced with zingy crisp acidity.
