St Hallett Shiraz Barossa Valley Blackwell 2006
This great Barossa winery goes from strength to strength. Toby Barlow, fresh from his stunning successes at Mitchelton in Victoria, has taken over where Matt Gant left off, and ensures that St Hallett remains one of the most forward looking wineries in Australia. This Blackwell Shiraz is a dark mulberry Red colour with brooding purple undertones. Lifted Dark Berries combine with licorice and rich chocolate to create a very opulent palate. This is a big and powerful Australian New World Barossa Shiraz.
St Hallet focuses on crafting full-flavoured , textured wines entirely from Barossa fruit.
