Crafted from a selection if classic Barrossa varieties. By harvesting and crushing in the cool of the night, this wine retains the crisp, lifted tropical and citrus flavours of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Combined with the lime characters of Riesling, the result is a fresh and distinctive Australian wine. This wine is well partnered with the freshwater fish and crustacenas that are regularly 'poached' from landowner's creeks and waterways.
