St Hallett Red Blend Barossa Valley Gamekeeper's Reserve 2010

External Review:

Wine Tasting NotesShiraz 60%, Grenache 32%, Touriga Nacional (traditional varietal component of Vintage Port) 8%. The usual vibrant cherry red with purple hues that has become the trademark of this youthful exuberant wine. Highly floral. A potpourri of lively cherry and raspberry with a spicy rose petal-like infusion from the Touriga Nacional makes this a kaleidoscopic sensory experience.

Interesting combination of varietals, but tasted like a box wine. Nose similar to a fine balsamic vinegar, which is not very appealing outside of cooking.
