A full-bodied Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon with rich mouthfeel, moderate tannins and deep color accentuating the taste of black currant, plum, blueberry and spicy oak.
Deep ruby cast. Medium-bodied. Balanced acidity. Moderately extracted,. Moderately oaked. Mildly tannic. Brown spices, black fruits, minerals. Pleasantly aromatic, with a forward, spicy oak accent. Supple and fruit-centered in the mouth, with a generous finish.
Smooth and supple, with ripe, fleshy cherry, herb, currant and bell pepper notes. Turns polished on the finish. An excellent value in a ready-to-drink style. Enjoy through 2000.
