St. Clair Winery Red Blend Mimbres Valley Mimbres Red NV

Member Review by Steven Isaac:

I'm not much for a sweet wine... but this one is good enough to write a quick note. It's not so sweet that it sticks to the mouth - it's smooth and has just the right amount of finish. My dad even liked one... I'll keep bottle on hand just for those who don't care for dry stuff.

These conditions, combined with New Mexico’s largest, most state-of-the-art winery, have resulted in the creation of numerous award-winning wines. Established in 1984, St. Clair’s traditions are preserved by my brother and me, carrying on our family’s six-generation history of winemaking. Just like New Mexico’s first vintners, our goal is to produce great wines for your enjoyment in the company of friends and family. Read less

Tasting Notes:

This wine is made of a proprietary blend of several grape varieties. Because we strive to create a smooth, easy drinking red wine with a lush sweetness, the blend may be slightly different every year. This allows us to keep this wine fun, lively and easy to drink. A deep red greets the eye, and lush plum and spice excites your taste buds. A velvety sweetness smooths out the finish of this wine, leaving a hint of fresh picked blackberries.
