Food Pairings for St. Clair Winery New Mexico Malvasia Bianca
An ancient varietal which originated in Greece and migrated throughout Italy and Spain, this grape adapted well to the New Mexico terrior. It is a rich, sweet and soft white wine, full of honeysuckle, apricots, and rich tropical fruit, which compliment the translucent soft amber color and thick texture. Not heavy enough to be a true dessert wine, but sweet enough to soften any acidic nature. A fun throwback to the heritage of the wine region we are in.
Closure: Composite Cork (Diam)
