Our original mead, showcasing Colorado Clover honey aromas and complexities. It is fermented to semi-dryness. This mead has a sweetness similar to a Riesling or Gewürztraminer and should be served cool revealing a sweet nose and palate with a crisp acid finish. Designed to be served with dinner, it is a perfect compliment to a peanut satay or any other sweet and spicy foods.
