What to Expect

Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.

Winemakers Notes

Effusive in its expression of the site specific soils and climate of the Spring Mountain Vineyard. A floral perfume enhanced by white peach nectarine Asian pear and Meyer lemon and a subtle herbal quality offer a mouth-watering invitation to the wine. Rich and elegant on the palate the abundant layers of fruit linden and mineral mirror its aromatics. A crisp acidity balances a lush mouth-feel making its lingering impression one of completeness.
