Winemaker's Notes:

This showstopper seems to have drawn in a bit. Beth called it serious and contemplative—Rodin’s, The Thinker. Deep, layered, and complex. Black cherry, cassis, tar, violet liqueur, anise seed, and a hint of fig. The ripe aspect has toned down a bit, and we suspect this wine has entered a sleeper faze, but we know it will re-emerge as bold and beautiful as ever—and we cannot wait until it does!
