Clear, quite pale yellow in the glass. Very fragrant, flowery bouquet. Initial tongue sensation is crispness, but then sweet fruit comes in--apples, maybe peach, maybe apricot. Nice acid balances the fruitiness. Something like cinnamon at the back of the palate. Very smooth finish.
