Clean, bright Prosecco. Very pale in color, with aromas of lemon and lemon blossom. Medium to large bead. Lemon juice flavors, with a touch of pink grapefruit. Not the best QPR at $17 for a simple Prosecco, but very enjoyable.

This Prosecco is very delicious. I see it as a rare gem. I can only find it at 1 or 2 stores in my area. It's clean and crisp, well balanced sweetness and acidity. One of the best I have tried.

Veneto, ItalySorelle Bronca Prosecco di Valdobbiadene is a delightful extra dry sparkling wine from the Valdobbiadene appellation in the Veneto region of northeast Italy. Sorelle Bronca was founded in the mid-1980's by the Bronca sisters, Antonella and Ersiliana, carrying on the wine tradition of their father Livio. The family winery is proud to produce the only Prosecco ever to be honored by Gambero Rosso on its prestigious annual tour of Tre Bicchieri winners. Sorelle Bronca Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry is made almost entirely of Prosecco, blended with small amounts of the indigenous grapes Perera, Verdiso and Bianchetta. Antonio Galloni rated this sparkler 89 points for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.Sorelle Bronca Prosecco is straw yellow in color with enticing aromas of sweet pear, nectarine, almond, mineral notes and white blossoms. Crisp and bright, moderately dry with medium body, this sparkling wine is richly textured with bright flavors of pears, nectarines, vanilla, and almonds. It is fruit-forward and well balanced, with a long, satisfying finish.Enjoy Sorelle Bronca Prosecco di Valdobbiadene with shrimp, filet of sole, chicken salad, mild cheeses and light desserts. Toast a special occasion or mix it with peach liqueur for the perfect Bellini!
