RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
Food Pairings for Sorelle Bronca Prosecco
Clean, bright Prosecco. Very pale in color, with aromas of lemon and lemon blossom. Medium to large bead. Lemon juice flavors, with a touch of pink grapefruit. Not the best QPR at $17 for a simple Prosecco, but very enjoyable.
This Prosecco is very delicious. I see it as a rare gem. I can only find it at 1 or 2 stores in my area. It's clean and crisp, well balanced sweetness and acidity. One of the best I have tried.
