Sleek entry flavors of berry, richly textured mid-palate with notes of plum and oak and a characteristic "hint of dust" on the back palate. smooth, lingering finish. Enjoy with pan-seared duck breast, venison roast, sweet potato gnocchi and medium to full-bodied cheeses.
