- Grape Tray; This wine, drawn from some of the top vineyards in the Napa Valley, which often go into Beaulieu's best Cabernets, tastes for all the world, like a member of the family. Its open, rich, keenly focused currant, root beer, sweet loam, vanillin personality fills the palate, and while nominally tannic, it is more supple than it is gruff in texture. Bordering on a second star, it is a very good wine at its entirely comfortable price.
