RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

WINEMAKING NOTES:For years, fans of our Evolution White have been clamoring for us to blend its red companion. So when the time was right and a wine had evolved which would stand apart from the cluster of existing red blends, we pounced, making a Syrah-based blend that is complex, velvety, and nothing short of exquisite. It was inevitable.TASTING NOTES:This Syrah-based blend reveals aromas of cherry and red plum, notes of ripe raspberries, a hint of cinnamon, and has a finish that's long and juicy. - Winery
This Syrah-based blend is complex, velvety, juicy and nothing short of exquisite. Montepulciano, Sangiovese and 9 'white' grapes make up the blend so expect some fascinating differences in this wine. The Evolution Red is the more elegant and distinguished compared to its more intense whitepartner. Light, small berry fruit, reminiscent of a delicate Burgundy. Nothing short of classy, unusual and fabulous and it starts with the quirky label. Even the cork reads 'Your evolution begins here'... you won't be disappointed. Evolution wines are all about experimenting with unusual grape varietals and blends. They are non-vintage with each Edition liable to change blend, according to the quality of grapes. This wine carries Hannibal's Seal of Quirkyness
COLOR Rich Garnet AROMA Sweet, pure fruit aroma of maraschino cherries, strawberry preserves and red plums. TASTE Notes of tangy cranberries, ripe raspberries and loganberries. A bright edge of pomegranate and blood orange, with hints of warm earth and cinnamon. The overall mouthfeel is lighter-bodied with fine tannins, finishing smooth and juicy.
