- This is by far our favortie white wine over the past couple of years. It's consistency for the price is unrivaled. It's the perfect wine for the summer with it's crisp and refreshing draw. Pear seems to be the dominant flavor in Evolution, but it's like an Asian Pear, crisp and light...something you almost crave in a hot summers day. Goes perfect with BBQ, Cajun food and Southwest Cuisine.
