Winemakers Notes

Every new bottling has its own subtle and fresh personality. The 9 grapes tie together perfectly, creating a smooth, layered white wine that can hold its own or stand up to just about any food pairing you dare to serve it with. It is extraordinarily food-friendly, from light salads to the hottest fusion-style cuisine. Regarding the question we're most often asked: 'Were you trying to do this or did your leftovers happen to work well together?' We'll let the success of Evolution speak for itself.

I tried this wine at Vintage 1740 because I liked the label. This is the one wine that began my love affair with wine.

This is by far our favortie white wine over the past couple of years. It's consistency for the price is unrivaled. It's the perfect wine for the summer with it's crisp and refreshing draw. Pear seems to be the dominant flavor in Evolution, but it's like an Asian Pear, crisp and light...something you almost crave in a hot summers day. Goes perfect with BBQ, Cajun food and Southwest Cuisine.

A complex yet easy-drinking blend of nine white grape varieties. Each brings its own style to the table, but they all end up working together to form a well-integrated and approachable whole.

This is probably my favorite wine. It's not too sweet and tends twards the dry and fuity. Everyone I've served it too has enjoyed it just as much as I have.

Corkd slightly, but I'll do my best to describe whats under that. Nose of pear. Crisp attack, with a spritz of acidity. A complex blend of grapes. OK, cant go further, the corkd-ness is seeping through
