the grapes were cold-fermented between 45-55 Fahrenheit and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
A bright mix of grapefruit, lemon and gooseberry essence follows the initial burst of tropical fruit on the nose. The wine’s silky texture is contained by edges of crisp acidity. Refreshing flavors of guava, kiwi and a touch of pineapple are joined mid-palate by a blend of citrus—grapefruit, lemon and lime—that integrate into a long finish. To maximize the aromas and flavors, try the wine only slightly chilled. A delicious accompaniment to a seafood meal or appetizers with friends.
