Great Zin for the money.
Strong, Fruity, BOLD, and sweet full-bodied Zin. Delicious and powerful.
Rich berry color, medium-bodied, jammy fruit taste
BIg wine - quite peppery. Really liked this. (Third and last bottle at Erin and Doug's. It followed The Prisoner...)
Smoky, coffee aroma. Wonderful!

Offers jammy boysenberry and blackberry fruit, with notes of briary licorice and spice. Drink now.
Tastes fresh and jammy and slightly gassy, like a new Beaujolais, although it should calm down and settle by mid-2009. Then it will be a fine, fruity Zin, fruit-forward and dry in blackberries, cherries, raspberries, raisins, mocha and pepper.
Bold and expressive; classic Amador-style Zin. Deep black cherry and cassis up front, balanced by firm tannins and toasted oak notes; smooth, dry finish. An everyday favorite!
Aromas of plum and white pepper lead to sweet-and-sour cherry, spice and toasty caramel flavors.
Full-bodied and plush with crushed black cherry and roasted blueberry fruit. A perennial favorite!
Gets the job done with simple, Zinny flavors of wild berries, tobacco, spices and herbs, wrapped in firm tannins. A bit sharp on the finish, but fine as an inexpensive everyday red.
Shows why this part of the Foothills has achieved such a stellar reputation for Zin. It's a big wine, packed with sweet cherry, black raspberry, pepper and smoky vanilla flavors, but drinks balanced and gentle.
