Clear and crisp with a burst of white peaches and creamy pears in the mouth followed by a hint of tangerines and then a smooth and satisfying finish. Pairs nicely with cold lobster salads, one inch thick salmon steaks topped with goat cheese and warmed baby spinach, roasted halibut with capers and turkey dinners.
Crisp and lively on the palate, with an infusion of melon, peach and citrus notes that lead to a weighty finish. The acidity is strong, but tempered by lush, intense fruit that serves as a balance. Oregon Pinot Gris is one of the country's best-matched varietals in its region. For salmon, salads and antipasto.
Aromatic, with floral and tropical notes wafting from the glass, and a smooth, rich mouthfeel on the palate. Ripe mango and melon flavors dance across your tongue, but the body is light and easy. Great vibrancy for a wine in this price range - excellent value!

Just swirling the glass and breathing in the aromas of golden apple and spice (and all things nice!) brings a smile to your face. This straw-colored wine has delightful flavors of stone fruit, wet stone minerality, and nutmeg. A perfect balance between the zippy crisp Pinot Grigios of Italy and the rich, honeyed Pinot Gris of Alsace. Pair this wine with foods from the autumn harvest, such as butternut squash risotto and roast pork with sautéed apples.
