Charming, this fine Washington State Cabernet exhibits the bright, concentrated fruit that is so characteristic of the region. The somewhat gritty tannin is reminiscent of a left bank Bordeaux. All in all, a great wine to pair with any grilled meat, most especially a peppered, medium rare bison steak.

This bright Washington Cabernet has plum and blackberry on the palate. It also incorporates a nice earthiness and minerality with the medium tannin and finishes light for a Cabernet. This wine would go very well with beef dishes.
