Bright, juicy and tangy with orange-and tangerine-scented apricot, lemon custard and mineral flavors, with a soft, generous finish. Drink now through 2007.
A balanced, medium-bodied wine with a crisp acidity reminiscent of lemons and Granny Smith apples. It is distinctive yet refined.

Bright and lively, with a sweet finish preceded by tangy pear and apple fruit. Drink now.
Aromas of wax and green apple are balanced by ripe honeydew melon flavors, backed up by a spine of minerality. Serve with grilled chicken breast on focaccia.
The excellent Winemakerrsquo;s Select Riesling from Snoqualmie is made in an off-dry style, with sweet fruit reminiscent of fresh-squeezed apple cider. Add in some spice and honey, and you have the basic flavors of this low alcohol, high sugar (6.5%) wine.
With full ripeness, density and concentration, this keeps its superb balance at just 10.8% alcohol and 5% residual sugar. The dynamic tension plays out beautifully, and doesnrsquo;t veer into any sort of sugary slackness. This has the sort of weight and complexity you would expect in a $30 wine.
