Apple, pomegranate, smoke, green tea and lightly toasted oak great the nose. On entry this has a touch of sweetness but that is quickly replaced with the subtle but chunky flavors of red raspberry. This is simple but clean with good flavors that while note terrible varietal are reasonably fun to drink with a touch of tannin that adds length to the finish 84pts.

Consistently a good wine. Rolls around in the mouth wonderfully. Smoky and earthy. And rich berry.

This fruity aroma wine hinted of cinnamon and other spices. Rudy color with light tannins and slight acidity makes this a pretty good Pinot Noir for the money.

2009 vintage. Nothing bad, but I was expecting a little more from this one.

Inexpensive Pinot Noir. Good to have around in a pinch

A hint of brown in the colouring makes it looks older than it is. Black pepper, smokey wood, and plums on the nose. Spice, more smoke and hints of plum on the palate. Some mellow tannins. Spicy finish with a bit of apple. At the start of the bottle I was thinking it's pretty mediocre, but towards the end, I've changed my tune; it's pretty decent for the price. Make of that what you will!

Brilliant garnet color with seductive rose petal green tea aroma. The palate is ripe with heavily extracted cherry and strawberry flavors with a slight astringency akin to pomegranate seeds. - Winery

From Sebastiani, proof that Pinot Noir has been overplanted in California. This has some pleasant Pinot Noir character in the cherry, spice and earth flavors and light, silky tannins, but it's a simple, one-dimensional wine.

Straightforward, with modest cherry and floral aromas and flavors and a delicate structure. Good, clean and simple.

    Winemaker's Notes:

Our 2012 Pinot Noir explodes out of the glass with raspberry and cranberry aromas, followed by rich notes of crème brûleé and nutmeg. Flavors of strawberry, red cherry, and pomegranate are complemented by delicate notes of vanilla and cedar. This medium-bodied, nicely balanced wine offers soft, velvety tannins and is a sure crowd pleaser. Enjoy with grilled pork chops or herb-stuffed mushrooms.
