It is medium to full-bodied, with fresh acidity, subtle nuances of smoky oak, and a long finish. It should drink well for 15 or more years. Wine Spectator 92 Points Offers dried pineapple and lemon, with hints of cream and toasty oak. Full-bodied, with layers of fruit¿from mango to papaya¿with a little cream. Balanced and pretty. Creamy and delicious. Subtle. Why wait? Drink now. 3,000 cases made.-JS International Wine Cellar 92 Points Bright yellow. Aromas of apricot, honey and resin. Dense, ripe and serious, with lovely volume and lift to the stone fruit and spice flavors. A very round, mouthcoating wine in which one can taste the 5% semillon component (the wine also contains 90% sauvignon blanc and 5% sauvignon gris). This tastes like lower acidity than the 2007, but there is no shortage of energy.

Bright, pale yellow. Musky aromas of yellow plum, ginger and quinine, with a light resiny nuance. Fat, broad and sweet, but with lovely acidity and lift to leaven its plump, mouthfilling richness. "This is a strong vintage for Bordeauxs dry white wines, probably as good or better than 2005. Crisp acidity combined with outstanding concentration and the fact that most of the white grapes were harvested before the rains began in mid-September resulted in an impressive group of wines…93-95" WA 5/07
