fruity and spicy on the nose with a touch of candied lime to the backed cherry with hints of lime blossom and a smoky, stemmy note, hint of rubber, smells sweetish. Zesty acids really enliven the palate that is bursting with sour cherry, peach and watermelon flavors and just a background hint of banana. Very fruity but nicely balanced and with good follow through. Nice and crisp on the palate. The hints of tropical fruit on the palate makes this a natural match for lighter pork and fish dishes with notes of tropical fruits. 87pts
