Malvasia is an ancient vine of Greek origin which is known in the Mediterranean area and which has existed in the Carso region since ancient times. It produces a straw-colored wine with greenish hues. It is an aromatic wine with a distinctive fruity aroma. Its flavor is dry, fresh and sapid and goes well with fish and white meat.
