This delicate, fruity wine displays the best of the Sauvignon Blanc variety. ripe aromas of Meyer lemons, pink grapefruit, and fresh herbs complement the fruit flavors of gooseberry, peaches and pears. It has a refreshing crisp acidity, mineral, with good balance and volume in the finish. Nice clean, long aftertaste. The high quality reflects the careful handling of the grapes, the juice and the wine in a reductive (without oxygen) environment, a technique that ensures a crisp and fresh wine, preserves fruit aromas and blocks out the too distinct grassy taste notes often associated with Sauvignon Blanc.
