Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: Intense red colour with purple and lilac highlights. Powerful aromas of fruits and spices: blackberry, plum, liquorice, vanilla, coconut, menthol and toffee. In the mouth it is full and well-rounded, with pleasant tannins. It has a full, dense, pleasant and persistent finish. Percentage Grape: Grapes harvested during the month of September, when each variety reaches phenolic ripening. Yield approximately 50 hl/ha. Made mainly with the varieties Garnatxa (40%) and Carinyena (40%), but also with a small proportion of Shiraz , Merlot and Ull de Llebre. After destalking, the grapes are macerated and then fermented at a temperature of 28 °C for 15 days before proceeding to malolactic fermentation.
