- Our classic Chardonnay comes from Sonoma Countys finest vineyards, including our own Goldfields estate in the Russian River Valley. Partially barrel fermented, all barrel aged in French oak, its a perfect balance of textures and flavors. Secondary malolactic fermentation and a regime of stirring the lees in barrel gives the wine a rich creamy, silky texture. Its fruit flavors are vibrant with notes of citrus, spice and vanilla.
