What to Expect

Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.

Reviews

A pretty Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh floral fruity nose. Nice citrus flavors. Good balance and nice acidity. Easy to drink more than one glass.

Not a bad wine at all. I picked it up in Evanston and didn't have high expectations, but it was satisfying and delicious.

Great find, fresh, crisp, and fruity. Loved more at room temp than chilled. Smelled like Jolly Rancher Sour Apple. Moderate to light acidity with a clean smooth finish.

Rating: 92/100 - As reviewed by Wine & Spirits Magazine on 06/09 This wine includes a small portion of semillon (6 percent), which adds some richness to the texture. The flavor of peaches shows the ripeness of the wine (it comes in at 14.6 percent alcohol). Scents of chamomile add to the flavor depth, while the texture is meaty enough to serve with roast veal.
