This is the same wonderful fruit that we use in making our Silver Stag Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Having a bountiful harvest we decided to take a small amount and make a true Rose of Cabernet Sauvignon which originally was just for our family and friends. As it turned out, we made 100 cases and released a small amount for sale.
