Add your reviewWith harvests of just 2.5 tonnes per acre - very low yields - this wine is very concentrated. Very mineral on the nose, leading to a lot of black fruit with great concentration. There's a touch of minerality throughout and some nice eucalyptus and mint. Lots of tannins on the finish. A great well priced wine.
This is a pretty fat and tannic cab. Traditional flavors of anise, currant and plum predominate. Still a little green around the edges but I think that's about as good as we can hope for. Opened it December 2009 and I don't think more time in the bottle will help much.
