Signe Vigneron was established by Olivier Ravier in 1997 in order to produce and promote the wines of the Beaujolais with good typicity from their respective areas. All wines are presented in Signé Vigneron’s unique engraved bottle and show a silkiness of tannins and mouthfilling texture which is the hallmark of Olivier’s wines. 2 hectare estate with southern exposure and sandy soils situated in the Brouilly cru. Brouily is the largest Cru in Beaujolais extending over 6 villages; Cercie, Saint Lager, Charentay, Odenas, Saint Etienne, La Varenne, Quincie. Grapes : 100% Gamay Region : France / Beaujolais / Brouilly Maker : Philippe Merly Notes : Intense ruby red with a nose of strawberry and morello cherries. The wine is well-structured, balanced and full of fresh fruits. Serve : Serve it at a temperature of 18°C.Ideal with games, red meats, and cheeses like Epoisse and goat’s cheese. Best consumed young up to 3 or 4 years after bottling. ABV : 13%

Hailing from the largest of the Beaujolais Crus, the Château de Bagnols Brouilly is a bit richer and bolder than many of the others. Medium-bodied, and loaded with bright cherry and ripe red currant flavors, this wine makes an excellent alternative to your favorite Côtes du Rhône. It drinks best with a slight chill (15 minutes in the fridge should do it), and is terrific with roast chicken or pork dishes, carpaccio or BBQ burgers.

Garnet red in color with a very fruity nose filled with small red fruits and strong hints of black currant and cassis; fills the mouth with wonderful fruit flavors and a round, well-balanced finish.
