Signaterra Three Blocks Bordeaux Blend 2007

Member Review by VegasOenophile:

Toasty nose of sweet oak, espresso and bitter chocolate with dark, black fruits. Smooth tannins and sweet oak on the palate up front. Well structured with rich, dark fruit . Nice acid and tannin balance. Strong toast on the finish and one of cocoa. - Tasted at winery Feb 2011

Rigidly structured and focused but still raw in 2010. Should sit until late 2012 or beyond.
