Winemaker's Notes:

Bright gold and blonde color, with discreet presence of wood on a citrus background and an elegant whole, with balance, thickness, good acidity and lengthy finish with a characteristic minerality, typical of the variety, at its very best.

Tasting Notes:

A nose with intense notes of oak wood and a high level and sophisticated bouquet, where ripe fruit co-exist in harmony with hints of spices. Full and round in flavor, with a charming and sensual palette of aromas.

Bright gold and blonde color, with discreet presence of wood on a citrus background and an elegant whole, with balance, thickness, good acidity and lengthy finish with a characteristic minerality, typical of the variety, at its very best.

Aged 6 months in French Oak.

Notes: Fermentation in French oak barrels and aging of the wine with wine lees for approximately 6 months (method "sur lies").
