Food Pairings for Siduri Pinot Noir Russian River Valley
Compared with previous releases, the 2004 Siduri Pisoni Vineyard Pinot Noir is more about complexity than pure size. Not only do you taste the usual big bright cherries, but also multifaceted aromas like wet stones and fresh flowers. The wine has a clean, polished feel to it. There is also a hint of sweet fruit that gives the wine a very monstrous presence, and tannins give it structure and a long, lingering finish. This wine has been drinking good since the day we pressed it, and should continue to drink well over the next 5 years.
