Shingleback Cabernet Sauvignon Mclaren Vale 2010

2004 Vintage. Almost rates up there with the Duckhorn. Long finish, great fruit flavor.

Broad, ripe and generous with its orange peel- and tea-accented berry and cherry flavors, this finishes with refined tannins. Drink now through 2016.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2010 Shingleback The Davey Estate Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense cassis and warm blackberry notes over nuances of dried herbs, underbrush, pencil shavings and black pepper plus some tree bark. Medium to full-bodied with plenty of expressive cassis and cedar flavors, it has refreshing acidity and a medium-firm level of chewy tannins, finishing long and savory. Drink it now to 2018+.
