Firm, with lovely sweet purple plum and currant fruit at the center, layered with herb and spice flavors. Has style and persistence. Drink now through 2012.

Rich in texture, centering on currant, berry, dill and olive flavors, finishing firm and chewy. Best after 2005.

Traditional small batch open fermentation and gentle pressing were used to capture ripe blackberry, eucalyptus and chocolate flavors that have been enhanced by generous maturation in fine-grained French oak.
