Delicious and silky. Chocolate and currant aroma, very complex flavor. Finish shifts from peppery spicy to caramel. A friend likened it to a good mole sauce. Both of us were in love with it.
I have personally met with the owner of this wine, and he is one of the most intriguing man you will every meet. He is an actual judge in Australia and The Guilty 2003 is what I consider to be his best vintage. He will disagree with me though and claims the 2004 to be the best. Either choice, is a good decision. I can't remember the exact tastings for it is not an easy bottle to find, and I although I own a bottle, it is signed by my friend and well you understand.
