Bone dry and amazingly contained alcohol given the 15%. Although I paired it with apple chicken sausage, the ideal food pairing for this is no food. This is meant to be enjoyed a la carte with some good friends. I had a friend over to share this with who is not a fan of white wine and now they are a convert.
