Tastes like Shiraz; Delicious Fruit; Long, Peppery Finish

Deep garnet color; expressive nose of Syrah, leather, overripe plums and pencil lead. Medium-bodied; very smooth and silky with great fruit concentration, black cherries and cassis. Quite a long finish (40 seconds) with delicious pepperiness. Ideal for roasts, pork, game and with strong cheeses. Can age 5 to 8 years.
