The wine is pale lemon with a bouquet of slate, mineral, lime and orange blossom. On the palate it is dry, and has medium weight showing vibrant, arresting fruit of citrus lime & grapefruit against a backdrop of mineral, slate and blossom. The lengthy finish showcases zingy fresh fruit. This is a young, sleek and energetic wine redolent with fresh lime and mineral with exceptional cellaring potential. - Winery ** SOLD OUT **
