Reviews

This was served chilled when I tried it. I thought this wine was surprisingly good with nice apple and pear flavors predominating. Crisp acidity and a nice clean finish.

A crisp and semi-dry white wine with a lovely floral bouquet. It has flavors of citrus and pear with a long finish. We suggest serving this wine well chilled as an aperitif or with spicy foods. Ballet of Angels is a blend of 10 different grapes, with Viognier the primary grape. A pale yellow, not quite straw color, the wine has a pleasant, slightly sweet nose with notes of grapefruit. In the mouth, the wine is crisp, clean and light-bodied with lovely notes of citrus and very clean finish. While a dry wine, the wine has a brightness that will appeal to even those who prefer sweet wines.

AMAZING. Great QPR. Would be around $20 if from CA. Honeydew, honeysuckle, and citrus. Bracing acidity keeps the sweetness in check. Wonderful wine, exceptional with spicy food or Asian cuisine. BUY.
