Paired this wine with kielbasa the day after Xmas. We couldn't stop drinking it. It was an absolute delight, and I've generally avoided the whites. As a novice, after multiple smells and tastes, I was able to come up with the following list of words: apple cider, pear, and vanilla. The acidity was crisp, and the finish was clean. It kept me thirsty throughout my meal.
